Shipments and returns

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges will vary and will be determined at time of check out through our Federal Express shipping page. If ordering through any of the catalogs provided on Bushman’s Hut web site, please see the Law enforcement /First Responder &  Active Military Policy page.                                            

What is your shipping time?
All shipments (excluding special catalog orders), that are in stock  are F.O.B. Saint Louis, MO. USA
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once order is received and processed it will then ship. The bulk of our orders will deliver within 2-7 business days. However, there may be extenuating circumstances that cause an order to ship outside that time period. If you have any questions or concerns about getting your order within a specific time frame, please contact us at customerservice@bushmanshut.com and we will do our best to help.  

Who will deliver my order?
All orders (Not including catalog orders), that are shipping out of stock at Bushmanshut.com, will ship via Federal Express ground & Home delivery. Exceptionally large bulk orders may be shipped through a common carrier.  Please contact us at customerservice@bushmanshut.com  if ordering bulk.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We do not currently ship outside the United States.

What methods of payment do you accept?
(Visa, MasterCard, Discover) to pay for your order. No C.O.D. or Personal Checks are accepted at this time.

Can you email me a tracking number when my order ships?
If you have given us your email address, we will automatically send you an email with this information.

What kind of guarantee/warranty do you offer on your products?
Many products contain a one year manufacturer’s warranty to cover them. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. All items purchased from our web site are accompanied by a manufacturer warranty, unless indicated otherwise. You acknowledge that any warranty in connection with all products or services offered on our web site is solely provided by the manufacturer or supplier of that product or service.  Please contact the manufacturer of the product to determine how to take advantage of these warranties when needed. If you need to return a product, please contact us for a return authorization number.

Claims & Returns
In the event that merchandise is lost or damaged in transit, it is the customer's sole responsibility to notify the carrier at the time of delivery. (Please note on carries B.O.L. / invoice what is damaged). Bushman’s Hut, their employee’s, or any affiliates, are not responsible for damage, pilferage or loss that occurs in transit. Please contact us and we will assist with freight claims and provide any needed documentation.

No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please contact us at Customerservice@bushmanshut.com  for a return authorization number. Please state your request for either a refund or and exchange.

Products being returned in its original unopened and undamaged packages, needs to be done within 7 days of receipt of goods to be fully refunded or exchange.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods. Once this merchandise is received, credit will be subject upon inspection. Returns are processed within 3 to 4 days upon receipt, & refunds will be credited within 10 days of processing. Please enclose original receipt or a copy and a brief letter of explanation of your return.

A 15% restocking fee is applied to cover our return processing, credit card fees, packing, shipping, and other restocking expenses unless this error was made by Bushmanshut.com. ,and or product was defective.

If the returned merchandise is not in its original factory package & box along with all original product factory accessories, and or is soiled, worn, damaged ,or bears markings, stickers, or tags not originally on the product, it will not be accepted and merchandise will be returned back to sender due to noncompliance of return policy. It will be the customer(s) responsibility to send return prepaid postage.

Product Pricing
Due to fluctuations in labor, material and currency of our suppliers, prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices that are in effect at the time of shipping.

Canvas Goods
All Fox Outdoor canvas bags, backpacks and rucksacks and accessory items are made of 22 oz. heavyweight cotton material.

Surplus Goods
Sizes & color may vary for all items in used condition, unless noted otherwise. All surplus items are subject to availability.
